A classic, reinvented; Stoke is a modern grill which reflects on primal cooking methods inspired by the Amazonia. A contemporary barbecue in an Amazonian inspired setting – it celebrates the beauty of the land and sea through fire, foraging and the fields. There is an extensive use of the grill to cook all our meats, fish and vegetables on an open flame, to give an authentic grill taste.
A menu of seasonally-inspired classics that promotes sustainable, fresh, organic and local ingredients. The menu revolves around the best ingredients we can find, whether it’s beef from grass-fed native cattle, sustainable seafood, seasonal fruits and vegetables, foraged herbs, or great farm cheeses.
Stoke is a gathering place offering new spins on classic grills and cocktails along with organic bio dynamic wines – many of which will be available by the glass. At Stoke, we truly capture the nostalgia of yesteryear and adapt this ambiance to today’s modern social life.
