Fieldwork was formed by Sophie Wren-Hilton. Sophie has led the design and completion of a diverse range of UK and international casual-dining, luxury and independent F&B and hotel projects throughout her 10+ year career.
Whilst working for some of London and Berlin’s top interior design and architecture firms, she has built an impressive portfolio, spanning a wide selection of hospitality, luxury and leisure projects. These include independent and fast-casual restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, pubs, bars, student accommodations, hotels, food courts, and private members’ clubs.
Fieldwork brings Sophie’s enthusiasm, experience and understanding of the industry alongside highly skilled designers, craftsmen, and new emerging talent to deliver exceptional projects.
